Gears and shafts of the gearbox
The black circles show the gear numbers of individual gears (AR – reverse gear).
1 – primary shaft, 2 – secondary shaft, 3 – reverse gear axle, 4 – reverse gear pinion, 5 – bearings, 6 – retaining ring, 7 – support needle bearing
1. Using a press, remove the bearing-gear assembly for 4th gear, synchronizer and 3rd gear from the primary shaft (mark the position of the sliding sleeve relative to the hub).

2. Replace the bearing and on the press, using the 80317 F device, the 8013 T-B3 and B4 support plate or the special Facom U 53 T2 puller or another similar one, install the bearing on the shaft.
3. Install 3rd gear pinion, hub and 3rd-4th gear sliding clutch (the markings made during disassembly must be observed), 4th gear, bushing and then bearing. Press should be used.
