2. Remove back cover.
3. Mark the position of the 5th gear synchronizer hub in relation to the synchronizer sliding sleeve.
4. Engage 5th gear and remove the 5th gear fork axle.
5. To block the shafts, use the selector to engage two gears at the same time.
6. Loosen the input shaft nut (12-point box wrench 28 mm).
7. Remove the hub-sliding clutch assembly and the 5th gear fork.
8. Remove the ball and spring, and then place the sliding sleeve on the hub in the appropriate place.
9. Engage 5th gear and unscrew the output shaft nut (12-point box wrench 28 mm).
10. To block the shafts, use the selector to engage two gears at the same time.
11. Remove the sliding sleeve and its hub, the 5th gear, its bushing and spacer.
12. Remove the 5th gear of the output shaft.
13. Remove the fixed axle retainer for 1-2 and 3-4 gears.
14. Loosen the bearing mounting bolts.
15. Remove the output shaft bearing snap ring, unscrew the gearbox housing mounting bolts, and then remove the housing.
16. Remove magnetized plate.
17. Remove the selector shaft, remove the spring ring together with the gasket and the O-ring.
18. Knock out the pin of the selector axis.
19. Engage reverse gear, and then remove the reverse axle and gear.
20. Remove gear assembly with forks.
21. Remove the reverse gear frame.
22. Unscrew the three bolts securing the release bearing guide sleeve, remove the adjusting shim and the outer ring.
23. Remove the speedometer drive gear with housing, driver, o-ring and shim.
24. Remove the outer housing of the differential, and then the differential itself. Mark the outer rings with respect to the bearings.
25. Remove the selector shaft special gasket.
26. Remove the selector pin and the plug covering the axle.
27. Clean the connection surfaces of the housings.
