13. Secure the clutch to the flywheel, following the marks made before removal, if the same clutch is being installed.
14. Center the driven disc on the flywheel and pressure plate. This can be done using a suitable roller or by using the old primary shaft of the gearbox. This centering is necessary to ensure that the primary shaft of the gearbox can be installed during assembly of the power unit. When tightening the clutch mounting bolts, it is recommended to remove the centering shaft or the old input shaft from time to time to ensure that the driven disc does not seize when tightening the bolts. The clutch assembly on the flywheel is shown in (illustrations 2.0.)
2.0 Clutch assembly with flywheel
The mounting bolts should be tightened evenly in a crisscross pattern to a torque of 15-20 Nm. The flywheel should be secured with a brake shoe or screwdriver. After installing the clutch, the gearbox is attached to the engine.
