Removal



Disconnect the battery.

Disconnect the retainer (1) and remove the right console side trim (2).

Remove the glove box from the control panel (see section "Body").

Remove the glove box from the control panel (see section «Body»).


Loosen the screws (4).

Move aside the gear motor of the distribution flap drive (3).

Move aside the gear motor of the distribution flap drive (3).


Loosen the screws (6).

Remove the air inlet flap drive gear motor (5).

Disconnect the connector in area "A".

Disconnect the connector in area «A».





Installation



Position the positioning element "b" in relation to the damper flat.

Install the gear motor of the distribution flap drive (3) on the heater unit.

Install the gear motor of the distribution flap drive (3) on the heater unit.


Install the remaining parts in reverse order.

Check the functionality of the air conditioning system.
