Removal and installation the front windshield wiper mechanism (Peugeot 207)

Air intake grille

Turn off the ignition.

Take it off (on each side) front wiper shaft cover. Unscrew the nut (1).

Using tool [1], remove the windscreen wiper arms (2).



Move the seal (in zone "A").

Release the air intake grille in front of the windshield (3) from the clips (up).



Remove the air intake grille (3).



Tightening torque of nuts (1): 25 Nm.



Remove the fasteners (1).

Disconnect the connector (2).

Remove the windshield wiper mechanism (3).

Installation

Caution: Before tightening the wiper arms, turn on the wiper, set the combination switch lever to the stop position and position the wiper arms correctly.

Tighten the fasteners (1) to 8 Nm.

Install the parts in reverse order.
