Removal
Turn off the ignition.
Wait 3 minutes before disconnecting the battery. Disconnect the battery.
Move the driver's seat back as far as possible.
Remove the knee airbag (depending on the configuration).
Open the access hatch (1) to the fuse box (in area "a").
Remove the access hatch (1) to the fuse box.
Disconnect the connectors (in area "b") (depending on the configuration).
Release the BSI switching unit (2) (in zone "c").
Move the block in the direction of arrows "d" and "e".
Remove the switch block (2).

Installation
Install the parts in reverse order.
