Removal the engine with automatic transmission (Peugeot 405)

The engine and automatic transmission can only be removed together.

Removing the engine is done in a similar way removal with manual transmission transmission. Additionally required:

• remove the dipstick tube to measure the oil level in the gearbox;
• remove the starter lock wires and ground wire from the top of the gearbox;
• remove power steering;
• remove the speedometer drive.
