1. Raise the car on a lift or place it over a viewing hole.
2. On vehicles equipped with a BE3 gearbox, remove the left front wheel, unscrew the screws and remove the wheel arch protection from under the wing to access the oil fill plug. On all models, remove the mudguard from under the engine.
3. Wipe the area around the oil fill plug. On the BE3 gearbox, the oil fill plug is the largest bolt of the end cap-to-gearbox bolts. On the BE1 gearbox, the oil fill plug is located on the rear of the differential housing. Unscrew the oil fill plug from the gearbox.
4. Place a suitable container under the oil drain plug (arrow), located at the rear of the BE gearbox or on the left front side of the MA gearbox differential and unscrew the plug.
5. Completely drain the oil from the gearbox. Clean the oil fill plug (arrow) and oil drain plug from metal particles and replace the sealing washers.
6. Screw in the oil drain plug and tighten it to the required torque.
7. Pour oil into the gearbox to the level of the lower edge of the oil filler hole.
Attention! To properly fill the gearbox, the vehicle must be in a horizontal position.
8. Screw in the oil fill plug, install the wheel and drive for a short time and recheck the oil level.
9. If necessary, correct the oil level, install a new sealing washer on the plug, screw the plug back in place and tighten to the required torque. Install wheel arch protection and engine mudguard.
