Removal



Engines 1.9 liters



Upper front casing

1. Unscrew the mounting screw and remove the casing from the engine.

Upper rear casing

2. Remove the front cover, unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the rear cover.

Lower casing

3. Remove the crankshaft pulley.

4. Remove both top covers.

5. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the lower casing.

Engines 2.0 liters



Upper casing

1. Unscrew the mounting bolt (indicated by the arrow), located in the center of the casing.

2. Turn the top connector a quarter turn clockwise to release the lock.

3. Remove the top cover from the engine.

Central casing

4. Remove the auxiliary drive belt.

5. Unscrew the two bolts and remove the center cover that covers the fuel pump pulley.


5. Unscrew the two bolts and remove the center cover that covers the fuel pump pulley.



Lower casing

6. Remove the crankshaft pulley.

7. Remove the right powertrain mount.

8. Remove the upper center covers.

9. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the lower casing.


9. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the lower casing.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
