Right engine mount
Removing
1. Before removing the suspension, the engine must be supported by a suitable lifting device or jack through a block of wood.
2. Release the mount and move all hoses away from the upper suspension mount.
3. Unscrew three nuts of fastening of a suspension bracket to the engine and one nut of fastening of a suspension bracket to a body. Remove the hanger.
Installation
Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
Toothed belt tensioner
The location of the toothed belt on the engine

Removing
1. Remove the suspension and auxiliary drive belt.
2. Support the engine with a jack over a block of wood.
3. Unscrew the two mounting bolts and remove the suspension element from the engine.
4. Align the mounting holes in the camshaft pulleys, fuel pump and flywheel and fix them with bolts and rods.
5. Loosen the timing belt tensioner pivot nut and adjusting bolt, then turn the tensioner hanger counterclockwise until the adjusting bolt is in the middle of the groove and tighten it.
6. Mark the direction of movement of the toothed belt and remove it from the pulleys.
7. Craft a tool to compress the tensioner plunger in the rig hanger. A special tool is designed to be installed in the two lower suspension bolt holes.
8. Remove the two lower suspension mounting bolts and install the special tool. Lubricate the inside of the tool to prevent any damage to the plunger face. Unscrew the pivot point nut and adjusting bolt and remove the tensioner assembly.
9. Remove the two remaining suspension mounting bolts and remove the suspension.
10. Push the tensioner plunger into the suspension, remove the special tool, and remove the plunger and spring.

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
