2. If, as a result of wear, the thickness of the friction material on any pad has reached a minimum or has gone beyond its border, all four pads should be completely replaced.
3. For a comprehensive check, remove and clean the brake pads. You can also check the operation of the caliper and carefully inspect the brake disc on both sides. See chapter 9 for more information.
Tip: A quick check of the thickness of the friction material on each brake pad can be done through the opening in the brake caliper.
