Attention! The double-row roller bearing does not require any adjustments and has a lubricant that ensures the bearing will function for the entire service life of the vehicle. When installing the bearing, it is necessary to use a new retaining ring.

1. Remove the steering knuckle together with the hub from the vehicle.

2. Place the steering knuckle on stands and, using a tubular drift fitted to the inner end of the flange, press the flange out of the bearing. If the inner bearing race remains on the hub, remove it using a bearing puller.

3. Remove (arrow) the bearing retaining ring from the inner end of the steering knuckle.

3. Remove (arrow) the bearing retaining ring from the inner end of the steering knuckle.

4. If necessary, install the inner bearing race back and, supporting the inner part of the steering knuckle on stands, use a tubular drift to press the bearing out of the steering knuckle.

5. Clean the hub and steering knuckle from dirt and grease.

6. Apply a thin layer of Molykote 321 R grease to the outer bearing ring and the bushing flange.

7. Securely fasten the steering knuckle to the stands and install the bearing in it. Install the bearing using a tubular mandrel, which should press on the outer ring of the bearing.

8. Secure the bearing with a new retaining ring, which should fit into the grooves in the steering knuckle.

9. Place the bushing on the support with the outer side and install the inner bearing ring on the end of the bushing flange. Install the bearing using a tubular mandrel that presses on the inner bearing ring.

10. Install the steering knuckle together with the hub onto the vehicle.
