Attention! New nuts must be used to fasten the stabilizer link.
Removing
1. Raise the front of the car and secure it on stands. Remove the front wheels.
2. Unscrew the nuts securing the left and right wings to the anti-roll bar.
3. Unscrew the bolts and nuts securing the stabilizer suspension to the top of the lower frame (arrow).
4. Remove the stabilizer from under the car.
5. Check the stabilizer for wear and mechanical damage. Pay special attention to the condition of the stabilizer mounting bushings.
Installation
1. Install the mounting rubber bushings on the stabilizer. Position each bushing on the stabilizer so that the flat surface of the bushing is at the base and the inner washers are correctly aligned with the washers on the stabilizer. The slot of the bushing should be directed towards the rear.
2. Install the stabilizer on the lower frame. Install the unit clamps so that their ends are correctly positioned in the lower frame. Secure them with bolts and nuts. Connect the wings to the ends of the stabilizer and tighten the mounting bolts to the required torque.
3. Install new nuts on the wings and tighten them to the required torque.
4. Install wheels and lower vehicle.
