Note: New strut mounting nuts must be used during installation.
Removal
1. Fully apply the parking brake. Raise the front of the vehicle and support it securely (see "Lifting and installing the car on supports"). Remove the corresponding front wheel.
2. Loosen the upper and lower strut mounting nuts and remove the stabilizer bar from the vehicle (don't forget to remove the washers).
3. Inspect the strut for signs of damage, paying particular attention to the support bushings or ball joints (if applicable), and replace the stabilizer bar if necessary. It is not possible to replace bushings or ball joints separately from the strut. Please note that the strut mounting nuts must be replaced without fail.

Installation
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Use new nuts and tighten them to the specified torque.
