Removal



Remove the front bumper (see section "Body").

Remove the front bumper (see section «Body»).


Drain the liquid refrigerant from the air conditioning circuit.

Disconnect the refrigerant lines from the condenser (see the corresponding operation).

Remove the upper fasteners (3) and remove the air conditioner condenser.

Remove the upper fasteners (3) and remove the air conditioner condenser.


Installation



Caution: When removing the air conditioner tubes, the clamp support surface "A" must be pressed against the condenser plane "B" before tightening the nut.

Caution: Observe the required tightening torques.




Note: When replacing the air conditioner condenser, add 20 cm³ of air conditioning compressor oil when charging liquid refrigerant using setting 1.


Create a vacuum in the air conditioning system (for at least 15 minutes).

Check the system for leaks. Install the parts in reverse order.

Create a vacuum in the air conditioning system (for at least 35 minutes).

Charge the air conditioning circuit with refrigerant.

Check the operation of the air conditioning system.
