Front bumper replacement (Peugeot 207)

Place the car on a lift.

Remove the front fender liners.

Open the hood.

Unscrew the upper mounting screws (1).

Unscrew the upper mounting screws (1).


Unscrew the two lower mounting screws (2).

Unscrew the two lower mounting screws (2).


Disconnect the connector (3) (right side) and the fog light connector (left side).

Disconnect the headlight washer pipe in area "a" (depending on the configuration option).

Disconnect the headlight washer pipe in area «a» (depending on the configuration option).


Note: Plug the headlight washer tubes.




Loosen the mounting screws (4).

Slide and remove the front bumper.

Install the parts in reverse order.

Install the parts in reverse order.


Tightening torques:
  • Bolts (1): 2 Nm.
  • Bolts (2): 4 Nm.
  • Bolts (4): 6 Nm.
