Replacement of deflectors and front bumper pads (Sport and station wagon versions) (Peugeot 207)

Place the car on a lift.

Remove the front fender liners.

Remove the lower bumper impact absorber.

Release the front bumper deflector (right) (1) (in area "a").

Remove the front bumper deflector.



Release the front bumper deflector (left) (2) (in area "b").

Remove the front bumper deflector.

Front bumper trim (central)

Remove the front bumper.

Cut the rings (4) with side cutters and remove.

Grind the fasteners of the front bumper cover (5).

Loosen the front bumper cover (3) and remove.

Front bumper side trims

Remove the front bumper.

Cut the rings (7) using side cutters (on each side) and remove. Grind the fasteners of the side trims of the front bumper (8) (on each side).

Release the front bumper side trim (6) (on each side) and take it off.

Installation (reusable and new pads)

Clean and prepare all front bumper trim mounting points.

Install the front bumper covers.

Rivet the mounting points.
