Front wing
Remove the front bumper, headlights and air intake grille (see section "Electrical equipment").
Disconnect the fastening (1) and remove the soundproofing seal (2).
Note: Break off rivet stems before drilling.
Using a drill with a 10mm drill bit, drill out the rivets (3).
Unscrew bolts (4), (5) and (6).
Loosen the bolts (7) and remove the front wing (8).
Front wing support
Using a drill with a 10mm drill bit, drill out the rivets (9).
Remove the front wing support (10).
Installation and adjustment
Install the wing support (10) and rivets (9a) and (9b) in place (diameter 6 mm).
Replace the front fender.
Tighten bolts (4), (5) and (7), then loosen them a quarter of a turn.
Note: Do not install front bumper mounts.
Close the hood.
Adjust the gaps and align the elements (see below).
Tighten:
- bolts (4), (5) and (7) with a torque of 7 Nm;
- bolt (6) with a torque of 5 Nm.
Remove the front bumper.
Reinstall rivets (3a) and (3b) (diameter 6 mm).
