The battery is located on the left side in the engine compartment.
Note: When replacing the battery, make sure the new battery has the same specifications and reserve capacity as the original one (see sticker on battery).
Battery Care
The service life and working condition of the battery depends on the number of engine starts, discharges, driving style, operating conditions, climate, etc.
Warning: The used battery must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner as it contains lead and acid (electrolyte).
Highly explosive rattlesnake gas can form in batteries. A single spark formed due to incorrect connection of the starting wires is enough to cause an explosion of the battery.

The battery contains sulfuric acid, which can cause serious acid burns. If sulfuric acid comes into contact with your eyes, skin, or clothing, immediately rinse the affected area with plenty of water. If sulfuric acid splashes into your eyes, seek medical attention immediately.
Note: If the battery is repeatedly discharged, its service life will be negatively affected.
