Disconnect the battery. Drain the coolant from the system.
Remove the following parts:
- drive belt of units;
- front right wheel;
- protection under the engine;
- right mudguard.
Unscrew the three bolts (1) of the tensioner (2) and remove it.
Unscrew the three bolts (3) of the coolant pump pulley (4) and remove the pulley.

Note: Do not cut the clamps (5).
Remove the wiring harness support fasteners (in areas "a" and "b").
Move aside the support (6) of the wiring harness.
Unscrew the five bolts (7) of the cooling system pump (8) and remove it.
Note: Replace the coolant pump housing gasket before installation.
Install the parts in reverse order.
