Caution: Install a new coolant outlet block gasket.
Check the position of the block gasket: it must be correctly installed in its socket.
The gasket must be installed before installing the coolant temperature sensor. Install the coolant outlet block with the gasket.
Attention: Check the cleanliness of the temperature sensor socket.
Do not install a sensor that has visible damage.
Replace the temperature sensor O-ring with a new one, after lubricating it with coolant.
When installing the temperature sensor to the coolant outlet block, hold it only by the electrical connector. The temperature sensor must be installed in such a way as to eliminate any possibility of damage to the O-ring.
When installing the temperature sensor, it must be protected from liquid ingress.
Install the coolant temperature sensor (8) and connect the connector.
Replace the pipe screw (6), support (7) and bolts (5).
Fill and bleed the cooling system.
Put the remaining parts back in place.
Connect the battery.
