Caution. Clean the surfaces to be connected with a metal residue remover. Do not use a scratching or abrasive tool. There should be no impact or scratch marks on the gasket surfaces.
Apply a bead of sealant no more than 2.5 mm in diameter to the perimeter of the coolant outlet block.
Caution: Replace the coolant outlet block thermostat gasket.
Reinstall the coolant outlet block.
Connect the coolant temperature sensor connector (8).
Replace the pipe screw (6), support (7) and bolts1 (5).
