Removal



Disconnect the battery.

Place the car on a lift.

Drain the coolant from the engine cooling system. Remove the headlights.

Disconnect the connector (1).

Loosen the clamps of the pipes (2) for the inlet and outlet of the charge air cooler.

Caution: Install plugs in the pipes of the charge air cooler, the resonator at the outlet of the turbocharger, and the supply pipe of the supercharger system.


Remove the hood lock (3) and the resonator and air supply tube assembly (4).

Disconnect the connectors (5). Disconnect:
  • ventilation tube (6) of the battery tray;
  • upper hose (7) of the radiator of the cooling system!;
  • degassing tube (8);
  • lower hose (9).

Remove the radiator mountings (10).



Lift the radiator (11) slightly and move it forward.

Loosen the mounting bolts (12) of the engine cooling electric fan unit (13) and remove it.

Unscrew the bolts (14) of the electric fan of the engine cooling system radiator.

Remove the electric fan (15) of the engine cooling system radiator.

Remove the electric fan (15) of the engine cooling system radiator.


Disconnect the upper fasteners (16) of the cooling system radiator.

Remove the cooling system radiator (17).

Remove the cooling system radiator (17).


Installation



Install the parts in reverse order.
