Removal



Place the car on a lift.

Caution: After turning off the ignition, wait 15 minutes before disconnecting the battery to ensure that the trip computer and ECU settings are remembered.


Disconnect the battery.

Drain the cooling system circuit.

Disconnect the flow meter connector. Remove the front bumper (see section "Body").

Disconnect the degassing tube from the radiator (1) in area "a".

Remove the clamp (4) and shield (6).

Remove the air intake resonator (5). Disconnect the lower hose (2) from the cooling system radiator.

Disconnect the upper hose (3) of the cooling system radiator.

Unscrew the bolts (7).

Note: The bolts (7) are accessed using a screwdriver through the bumper reinforcement.


Move the cooling system radiator slightly towards the engine.

Remove the cooling system radiator by moving it upwards.

When installing, make sure that the lower rubber ring is present on the cooling system cushion.

Installation



Install the cooling system radiator into the cushion.

Install the parts in reverse order.

Reconnect the battery.

Fill with fluid and bleed the engine cooling system.
