Disconnect the battery.
Remove the protective shield under the engine.
Remove the intake manifold (see further in this section).
Disconnect the engine oil level and temperature sensor connector in area "a").
Remove the engine oil level and temperature sensor (1) and gasket.

Connect the connector in area "a".
Connect the battery.
