Gearbox assembly (Peugeot 207)

Install the right drive shaft oil seal (84) (new) using tool 13.

Install the left drive shaft seal (85) (new) using tool 14.

Install:

• support of the speed sensor drive gear (87);
• gearbox drain plug (88), tighten to 35 Nm;

• air breather (86) gearbox, tighten to 17 Nm;
• reverse gear limit switch, tighten to 25 Nm.

Note: The reverse gear contactor with SIMCA 2 connection does not have a gasket.

Install the fork (89) and clutch release bearing (90).
