Entering the code for the first time
1. Turn on the ignition.
2. Enter the code 1111. If this code is not accepted by the system, then enter 0001.
3. Press the key WITH.
4. Enter your code, which must be four digits.
5. Confirm it by pressing the key WITH.
A four-time flashing pulse and four acoustic signals will confirm the entry of the code.
Code change
1. Turn on the ignition.
2. Enter the given code.
3. Press the key WITH.
4. Enter a new four-digit code.
5. Confirm his keystroke WITH.
Precautionary measures
The old and new codes are stored in memory and can be used.
If the code is not confirmed, then the ignition must be turned off, and then turned on again and repeat the code entry.
If before pressing the key WITHmore than four digits were specified as a code, then only the first four are entered into the memory.
If the red and green control lamps light up at the same time, then this is evidence that an error was made when entering numbers or the system is faulty.
Switch the ignition off and then on again and repeat the entry.
If the system malfunction persists, then contact the workshop.
Lockdown fallback mode (entering a neutral code)
Only in this mode, with the ignition off, can the start lock be removed.
Turn on the ignition.
First way: Enter the given code, and then press the D/N key (slowdown/neutralization) and hold it for more than two seconds.
Second way: Proceed as for changing the code, but instead of the new code, enter 0000.
To exit the start-up lockout and reactivate the lock, enter your code with the ignition on.
The blocking neutralization mode is used when the vehicle is handed over for repair. The code that was entered and constantly used remains in memory. Only those who know it can change it.
After receiving the car from repair, you must exit the blocking neutralization mode by entering your code with the ignition on. There is no need to enter a new code.
Attention! If the code is lost or forgotten, then you need to contact an authorized PEUGEOT dealer, who, after a rather laborious procedure, will unlock the engine start.
The engine start blocking occurs automatically after the ignition is turned off, as well as when all the doors are locked or when one of the front doors is opened, but no later than one hour after the ignition is turned off.
Rescheduling the lock activation time
If the D/N key is pressed while the ignition is on, the fuel injection system will only be blocked after one hour. During this time, the engine can be started without entering a code.
When the activation time has come, the blocking is confirmed after switching off the ignition by flashing the green control lamp and an audible signal.
To exit to real time mode, press the D/N key.
System blocking is signaled as follows
Real time blocking
The red control lamp lights up for 10 seconds after activation, and then changes to a flashing mode until the ignition is turned on.
Blocking in Activation Time Transfer Mode
The red control lamp starts flashing only after activation. This position is maintained until the ignition is switched on.
