If a sensor malfunction is detected while the automatic mode is on, the light remains on until the ignition is turned off.

If the lighting devices were already on at the time the fault was detected, they will also remain on until the ignition is turned off.

If the driver disables the automatic light switch function after detecting a sensor malfunction, the light will no longer switch off.

If the automatic lighting function is disabled, a sensor malfunction will not cause the lighting to turn on.

If the sensor was faulty when the automatic lighting function was activated, the lights will light up immediately.
