1. Some Estate models are equipped with a headlight range control that allows you to change the direction of the light beam from the driver's seat. The regulator operates on hydraulic pressure, and if the regulator control unit or the actuators on the headlights fail, the entire system must be replaced.

2. The actuators can be removed. To do this, you need to unscrew the mounting bolts from the brackets and remove the mounting clamps (see photo). To remove the control unit, remove the fasteners of the lower right panel of the dashboard, remove the control knob and unscrew the 2 mounting screws. Press out the rubber bushings in the engine compartment bulkhead and pull the hydraulic lines through the bulkhead.
