Replacing glow plugs (1.6L engine) (Peugeot 207)

Remove the throttle actuator and the decorative battery cover.

Disconnect the positive and negative battery terminals.

Remove the air filter assembly (see the corresponding operation).

Note: Use a mirror to perform the operations below (if necessary).

Remove:

• jumper for power supply of pre-heating plugs (1);
• pre-heating plugs (2).

Install the glow plugs and tighten to 10 Nm.

Install the remaining parts in reverse order.
