Spark plugs. The data is provided in official documents. Different engines use different spark plugs. In general, Champion N281 YC or Bosch W7DC spark plugs are suitable

Interelectrode distance: 0.6-0.7 mm

Tightening torque: 10-13 Nm

Hexagon size: 21.0 mm

Distributor

Ignition system type: Transistor ignition with ignition module

Installed ignition distributors (examples):
  • 169V and 170V motors - Ducellier 525 450 or Bosch 0237002 093
  • engine 170 C - Ducellier 525 627

Set the ignition timing 4° later for unleaded petrol
  • 169V and 170V engines - 10° BTDC at 800 rpm (see above)
  • engine 170 C 10° - before TDC at 700 rpm (6° with unleaded gasoline)

The firing sequence is 1-3-4-2

Primary winding resistance:
  • Ducellier - 0.8 ohm ±5%
  • Bosch - 0.82 ohms ±5%

  • Bosch - 8250 ohms ±10%

Length and resistance of high-voltage wires:
  • no. 1 - 700 mm (3900 ohms)
  • no. 2 - 525 mm (2900 ohms)
  • no. 3 - 450 mm (2500 ohms)
  • no. 4 - 300 mm (1700 ohms)
