- remove the protective cover;

- remove connection 5 (figure 4.119);
- disconnect tube 3;
- unscrew bolts 1;
- remove clamp 7;
- pick up the phone 2;
- unscrew nuts 6;
- remove valve 4 of the exhaust gas recirculation system;
- remove the gasket.
Install the exhaust gas recirculation valve in the reverse order of removal.
Replace the sealing gasket and clamp with new ones at each replacement.
Complete the installation of the valve in the reverse order of removal, tightening nuts 6 and bolts 1 to a torque of 10 N·m.
