Removal and installation the radiator support and fan motor unit (Peugeot 206)

Remove the radiator support and fan motor unit in the following order:
  • disconnect the negative battery cable;

  • remove mount 1 (figure 4.79) "ground" wires;
  • drain the coolant from the cooling system as described above;
  • remove the radiator grille;
  • remove the water hoses;
  • remove the cooling system radiator upwards;

  • turn hose 1 (figure 4.80) one quarter turn up and remove;

  • remove the high current fuse by pressing the latch 2 (figure 4.81) and disconnected from connector 1;

  • disconnect pin connector 1 (figure 4.82) electric fan motor;

  • remove lock 2 (figure 4.83) hood;
  • unscrew the bolts 1 of the support fastening;
  • remove the radiator and engine cooling fan unit support upwards.

Install the radiator support and fan motor unit in the reverse order of removal.

Fill the engine cooling system and bleed air from it.
