Note. Scheduled maintenance works are carried out according to the requirements of the dealer, based on the indications of the service program of each car. Resetting the service indication is carried out at the service station after passing the scheduled or necessary maintenance.
The maintenance interval is divided into several stages.
1. Standard operations carried out at each inspection. This list includes operations for changing the oil and oil filter, as well as the cabin filter. The levels are checked and, if necessary, the working fluids of the brake system and power steering are replaced.
In addition, the following components are tested:
- tightness, condition of pipelines and crankcases (engine and gearbox);
- the state of the exhaust system;
- condition of hinges, steering rods, steering mechanisms and rack and pinion gear;
- clutch pedal height or automatic wear compensation device (including adjustment);
- cleaning the sensors of the stability control system;
- the condition of the drive belts of attachments;
- the condition of the wiper blades;
- lighting and alarm lamps;
- wear of the front and rear brake pads;
- the condition of the tires and the level of pressure in them;
- the condition of the spare wheel and the level of pressure in it;
- parking brake;
- fuel filter purge (diesel engine);
- reading the contents of the self-diagnosis memory (deletion of possible fault codes);
- re-initialization of the maintenance approaching indicator.
2. General operations are performed every 60,000 or 40,000 km (for vehicles operating under severe conditions). The list of these operations includes the following procedures:
- check of backlashes of naves, drafts of hinges and connections;
- checking the tension of the attachment drive belt (without dynamic tensioner);
- checking the tightness of shock absorbers;
- checking calipers, discs and brake lines;
- replacement of spark plugs;
- air filter replacement;
- fuel filter replacement.
