Note. Scheduled maintenance work is carried out according to the dealer's requirements, based on the service program readings for each vehicle. The service indication is reset at the service station after scheduled or required maintenance.
The maintenance schedule is divided into several stages.
1. Standard operations performed at each technical inspection. This list includes operations to change the oil and oil filter, as well as the cabin filter. Checks of levels and, if necessary, replacement of working fluids of the brake system and power steering are carried out.
In addition, the following components are checked:
- tightness, condition of pipelines and crankcases (engine and gearbox);
- condition of the exhaust system;
- condition of joints, steering rods, steering gears and rack and pinion gear;
- clutch pedal height or automatic wear compensation device (including adjustment);
- cleaning the sensors of the electronic stability control system;
- condition of drive belts of attachments;
- condition of windshield wipers;
- lighting and signaling lamps;
- wear of front and rear brake pads;
- tire condition and pressure level;
- condition of the spare tire and its pressure level;
- parking brake;
- fuel filter purge (diesel engine);
- reading the contents of the self-diagnostic memory (clearing possible fault codes);
- re-initialize the service approach indicator.
2. General operations are performed every 60,000 or 40,000 km (for vehicles operating in severe conditions). The list of these operations includes the following procedures:
- checking the play of hubs, joint rods and connections;
- checking the tension of the drive belt of the attachment (without dynamic tensioner);
- checking the tightness of shock absorbers;
- checking calipers, discs and brake lines;
- replacement of spark plugs;
- air filter replacement;
- replacing the fuel filter.
