Height H of new cylinder head: 124±0.05 mm.

The head is made of aluminum alloy. The cylinder head is secured to the block with 10 Torx head bolts. The exhaust manifold is secured with 10 studs and 10 copper-plated nuts with washers.

Permissible non-flatness of the main cylinder: 0.05 mm.

Drilling in "a": blind hole - 0 0.6 mm (maximum tolerance - 4.5 mm).

The maximum permissible grinding value is 0.4 mm.

Camshaft journal bearing housing

Made of aluminum alloy.

The intake system is secured to the crankcase with 8 bolts (1).

The crankcase is secured with 16 bolts (M6 x 100) and 8 guide bolts. The tightness of the intake camshaft is ensured by means of a seal installed on the side of the camshaft pulley.
