The head is made of aluminum alloy. The cylinder head is attached to the block with 10 Tox head bolts. The exhaust manifold is secured with 10 studs and 10 copper plated nuts with washers.
Permissible non-flatness of the MCC: 0.05 mm.
drilling in «A»: blind hole - 0 0.6 mm (maximum tolerance - 4.5 mm).
The maximum allowable grinding value is 0.4 mm.
Camshaft bearing housing
Made from aluminum alloy.
The intake system is attached with 8 bolts to the crankcase (1).
The crankcase is attached with 16 bolts (M6 x 100) and 8 guide bolts. The tightness of the intake camshaft is ensured by an oil seal installed from the side! camshaft pulley.

Cylinder head gasket
Cylinder head gasket - metal multilayer (5 thickness classes).
Attention. Choose the cylinder head gasket according to the protrusion of the pistons.

Attention. Check the length of the cylinder head bolts before reusing them.
Length X of reusable bolts: 149mm.
Attention. Do not reuse cylinder head bolts that are longer than (X).
Tightening the cylinder head bolts
- Pre-tightening torque 20±2 Nm.
- Tightening torque 40±5 Nm.
- Angle tightening 230±5°.
