1. Remove the ground wire from the battery.

7. Unscrew the camshaft pulley mounting bolt, holding the pulley from turning with a special tool, and remove the pulley. Check for leaks (by the presence of leaks) front camshaft seal.



8. Unscrew the crankshaft pulley mounting bolt, while holding the pulley from turning by fixing the engine flywheel, and remove the pulley together with the key. If the engine is installed in a car, you can fix the crankshaft from turning by engaging 4th gear and pressing the brake pedal. Check for leaks (by the presence of leaks) front crankshaft seal.

9. The pulleys are installed in the reverse order of removal, after which it is necessary to adjust the tension of the toothed belt.
