- shaft support - 0403-R;
- shaft retaining sleeve 0410-D, 4101-D, 0410-F, 4518-T;
- mudguard installation device - 0410-M;
- clamp for clamps - type clic 0409, 4178-T;
- clamp for clamps - QETIKER 0408, 4151-T.
Replace the inner joint mudguard in the following order:
- remove the wheel drive as described above;

- seal the supporting surface A (figure 6.144) under the seal;
- if the shaft does not have installation grooves B for cover 1, then mark the relative position of the cover relative to the shaft;

- secure the inner hinge in a vice using the fixtures as shown in Figure 6.145;

- using a clamp, remove the housing 1 (figure 6.146) hinge;
- remove washer 3 and spring 2;

- remove retaining ring 1 (figure 6.147);
- mark the position of the collar 2 relative to the shaft and knock it off with a blunt chisel;
- remove mudguard 1 (see figure 6.144) along with the cup;
- remove old grease from the hinge parts;
- wash all hinge parts in kerosene, do not use solvent;
- install a new mudguard assembly with a cup on the shaft;
- press on clip 2 (see figure 6.147) onto the shaft, maintaining the orientation before assembly, using the marks made, installing the retaining ring;
- fill the boot and apply the recommended lubricant to the hinge parts;
- assemble the hinge by installing washer 3 (see figure 6.146) and spring 2;

- be careful not to damage the case 2 (figure 6.148), connect the internal cavity of the hinge to the atmosphere using a wire from a blunt-ended welding electrode;
- install clamp 2 and tighten with clamps;
- remove the tape;
- install the wheel drive on the vehicle as described above.
Replace the outer joint mudguard in the following order:
- remove the front wheel drive as described above;
- remove the inner joint and its parts from the shaft as described above;

- mark the position of the cover 1 (figure 6.149) relative to the shaft, if there are no mounting grooves on it A;
- remove clamps 3 and slide the cover along the shaft until it is removed;
- remove old grease from the joint and wash it with kerosene;
Caution! Do not use solvent.
- fill the boot and hinge with the recommended lubricant;
- install the cover on the outer hinge housing;
- carefully, so as not to damage the cover, connect the inner cavity of the hinge to the atmosphere using wire 2 from a blunt-ended welding electrode;
- install clamps 3 and tighten them with clamps;
- install the wheel drive on the vehicle as described above.
