- shaft support - 0403-R;
- shaft holding sleeve 0410-D, 4101-D, 0410-F, 4518-T;
- a device for installing a dirt-protective cover - 0410-M;
- clamp for clamps - type clic 0409, 4178-T;
- clamp for clamps - QETIKER 0408, 4151-T.
Replace the mudguard of the inner hinge in the following order:
- remove the wheel drive as described above;

- glue the support surface A (pic. 6.144) under the stuffing box;
- if the shaft does not have mounting grooves B for cover 1, then mark the relative position of the cover relative to the shaft;

- fix in a vise with the help of devices the internal hinge, as shown in fig. 6.145;

- use the clip to remove the housing 1 (pic. 6.146) hinge;
- remove washer 3 and spring 2;

- remove retaining ring 1 (pic. 6.147);
- mark the position of the clip 2 relative to the shaft and knock it down with a blunt chisel;
- remove dust cover 1 (see fig. 6.144) along with a cup;
- remove old grease from the hinge parts;
- wash all hinge parts in kerosene, do not use solvent;
- install a new mudguard assembly with a cup on the shaft on the shaft;
- press clip 2 (see fig. 6.147) on the shaft, keeping the orientation until assembly, according to the marks made, installing the retaining ring;
- fill the cover and apply the recommended lubricant to the hinge parts;
- assemble the hinge by installing the washer 3 (see fig. 6.146) and spring 2;

- be careful not to damage the case 2 (pic. 6.148), connect the internal cavity of the hinge with the atmosphere using a wire from a welding electrode with a blunt end;
- install clamp 2 and clamp with clamps;
- remove adhesive tape;
- install the wheel drive on the vehicle as described above.
Replace the mudguard of the outer hinge in the following order:
- remove the front wheel drive as described above;
- remove the inner joint and its parts from the shaft, as described above;

- mark the position of the boot 1 (pic. 6.149) relative to the shaft, if there are no mounting grooves A on it;
- remove clamps 3 and slide the cover along the shaft until removed;
- remove the old grease from the hinge and wash it with kerosene;
Attention! Do not use solvent.
- fill boot and hinge with recommended lubricant;
- install the cover on the outer hinge housing;
- carefully, so as not to damage the cover, connect the inner cavity of the hinge with the atmosphere using wire 2 from the welding electrode with a blunt end;
- install clamps 3 and clamp them with clamps;
- install the wheel drive on the vehicle as described above.
