The operation of these systems improves the stability and controllability of the vehicle during braking, in particular on roads with damaged or slippery surfaces.

The anti-lock braking system is activated automatically as soon as there is a risk of locking the braking wheels. Normal operation of the ABS system may manifest itself in a slight vibration of the brake pedal during the braking process of the car.

Automatic Brake Assist (AFU)

In case of emergency braking, this system allows the optimum pressure in the brake system to be developed more quickly, helping to reduce the braking distance.

The system automatically reacts to the speed at which the pedal is pressed, making the pedal slightly softer than usual and increasing braking efficiency.
