Refueling
1. Remove the cabin filter and its bracket.
2. Unscrew the brake fluid reservoir cap and remove the brake fluid from the reservoir.
3. Fill the reservoir with fresh brake fluid of specification D0T4 and screw on the reservoir cap.
4. Open the bleed nipples on the brake mechanisms of the wheels one by one and drain the old brake fluid from the brake cylinders. The nipple should be screwed in as soon as fresh brake fluid, which is lighter in color than the previous one, starts to flow out of it.

Caution! When draining brake fluid from the wheel cylinders, maintain the fluid level in the brake reservoir at its maximum level by constantly adding fresh fluid.
Pumping
Bleeding the brake system is necessary after opening the system or after air has entered the system in some other way.
Before removing air from the system, clean the bleed nipples and the expansion tank cap from dirt.
If only one wheel cylinder was opened, then it is sufficient to remove air from the corresponding brake circuit, namely the front left and rear right or front right and rear left brake mechanisms. We recommend following the vehicle manufacturer's instructions regarding bleeding the brake system. The manufacturer suggests the following sequence:
- front left wheel cylinder;
- front right wheel cylinder;
- left rear wheel cylinder;
- rear right wheel cylinder.
Please note: The front brakes with Brembo calipers have two bleeder nipples. In this case, air is removed primarily through the fitting located on the steering column side. The bleeding procedure for cars with Brembo calipers is as follows:
- rear right wheel cylinder;
- left rear wheel cylinder;
- front right wheel cylinder (through the fitting located closer to the steering wheel);
- front right wheel cylinder (through the second fitting);
- front left wheel cylinder (through the fitting located closer to the steering wheel);
- front left wheel cylinder (through the second fitting).
5. Remove the protective cap from the corresponding bleed nipple and place a transparent hose on the nipple.
6. Place the other end of the hose in a container with brake fluid.
7. Ask an assistant to depress the brake pedal all the way and hold it in this position.
8. Loosen the bleed screw half a turn when the brake pedal is pressed all the way down and allow the fluid to drain from the cylinder. After this, tighten the nipple, ask the assistant to press the brake pedal again and open the nipple again. Watch for leaking brake fluid. As soon as air bubbles are no longer visible in the escaping brake fluid, this means that the air has left the system.
9. Close the bleed screw while keeping the brake pedal pressed all the way down. After closing the nipple, slowly release the pedal.
Repeat the same steps on the remaining brake mechanisms, following the bleeding sequence.
Caution! When bleeding the brake system, constantly monitor the brake fluid level in the expansion tank to ensure it doesn't empty and air doesn't reenter the system. Never pour brake fluid drained during bleeding into the reservoir. Also, do not add brake fluid that has been stored in an unsealed container for a long time.
