Electric windows are designed to raise and lower the windows in the car doors. The windows can be used after turning the ignition key to position "A". The control panel for all doors is located on the central console (figure 1.59). Each door has its own two-position switch.
The window lifts operate in two modes: manual and automatic.
Manual mode
When you press the switch without going beyond the point of increased resistance and hold it in this position, the glass rises (or goes down) as long as the switch is held in this position.
Automatic mode
When the switch is pressed briefly beyond the point of increased resistance, the glass automatically rises (or goes down) until the switch is pressed again in exactly the same way.
Automatic window closing only works when the engine is running.

To prevent injuries, especially to children, a locking key is provided (figure 1.60) control of the rear door window lifts regardless of the position of the windows.
Warning: When leaving children in the car, remove the ignition key.

In a three-door car, a window is provided in the rear side wall of the passenger compartment. To open it, turn the lever 1 (figure 1.61).
