Use clean parts that are free from defects.
Check the condition of the shaft supports; no impact marks or scratches are allowed!
Be sure to lubricate the parts during assembly.
Observe the compatibility of the parts marked during disassembly. Install the bearings (20) using tool 4.
Install:
- bearing retaining ring (21);
- thrust needle bearings (22);
- 1st gear driven gear (23);
- sliding clutch block (24) reverse gear (observe the markings made during disassembly);
- driven gear of 2nd gear (26) and its thrust sleeve (25);
- block of driven gears of 4th and 3rd gears (27).
Note: The input of the toothed part of the reverse clutch block must be from the 2nd gear side.
Install the bearing (28) with the belt facing up using tool 5.
Install the driven gear (29) of 5th gear (the small belt of the gear should face the bearing).
