The 3rd and 4th gear driven gear block is not removed from the secondary shaft (induction heating assembly).

Press against the 4th gear pinion (o7) to remove the 5th gear driven pinion (65) and bearing (66) using tool 1b and a press.

Note: The flat side "e" of the 1b tool must face the gear so as not to rest against the teeth.


Remove:
  • 5th gear driven gear (65);
  • bearing (66);
  • 4th and 3rd gear driven gear block (67);
  • driven gear of 2nd gear (69) and its thrust sleeve (68).

Mark the position of the clutch in relation to the synchronizer.

Remove the coupling (70b) and the inner coupling (70a).

Remove:
  • 1st gear driven gear (71);
  • thrust needle bearings (72).

Remove the retaining ring (73) using bent round nose pliers, check the clearance if necessary. Secure the end of the shaft by screwing on the nut (14).
