Install the bearing using tool 1.

Install the bearing using tool 1.


Install:
  • satellite axis (5);
  • satellites (4) and their support washers (3), rotating them;
  • planetary gears (2);
  • centering ring (1), on the side opposite the toothed rim;
  • axle fixing keys (6) (new).

Install the crown(7).

Note: Be sure to replace the bolts.

Pre-tighten the bolts to 20 Nm (cross tightening). Tighten the bolts finally to 60 Nm (cross tightening).



Check the presence of centering pins (9) and the cleanliness of the joint surface.

Apply a thin, even layer of E15 sealant to the gasket surface. Install the differential (8) with the outer bearing rings (10) and (11) installed in the differential housing.

1 - Differential housing bearing mounting sleeve 0317-P;
2 - differential bearing adjusting ring 0317-X;
3 - depth gauge "Facom 811";
4 - mandrel for installing primary shaft bearings 0317-E;
5 - mandrel for installing front and rear bearings of primary and secondary shafts 0317-F;
6 - mandrel for removing and installing the outer ring of the primary shaft bearing 0317-AR;
7a - bracket of universal puller "Facom U53 K2";
7b - devices for tearing off the universal puller "Facom U53 T2";
8 - tie rod of the pointer indicator bracket 0317-AP;
9 - bracket for pointer indicator 0330-V2;
10 - tie rod of the pointer indicator bracket 0330-V3;
11 - arrow indicator 1504;
12 - device for installing key 0317-AM;
13 - mounting mandrel for right drive shaft seal 0317-U;
14 - mounting mandrel for left drive shaft seal 0317-T.
