Front seats

The car is equipped with several models of seats. The main ones are multifunctional seats with manual adjustment. To relieve the spine, sit with the seat as far back as possible, resting your entire back on the seat back. The head should be in line with the spine. A slight increase in the tilt of the seat back during long trips allows you to relax the back muscles, but at the same time, the arms lying on the highest point of the steering wheel should be slightly bent at the elbows.

Note: Notes1. All seat adjustments should only be made when the vehicle is stationary.2. The head restraints should always be installed and properly adjusted.

The front seats allow you to perform the following operations: (figure 1.80):
  • 1 - adjust the longitudinal position, for which lift the locking bracket, move the seat to the required position and release the bracket to fix the seat position;
  • 2 - opening access to the rear seats (with a three-door body), by pushing one of the two levers forward to tilt the backrest and sliding the seat forward. The selected seat settings are retained after they are returned to their original position;
  • 3 - adjusting the backrest tilt, for which you need to press back one of the two levers;
  • 4 - adjust the seat height by pulling the handle up, which will unlock it. Move up or down on the seat, select the desired position and release the lever;
  • 5 — Switching on the seat heating when pressing the key switch. The temperature is regulated automatically. Pressing the key again switches the heating off;
  • 6 - adjust the height of the headrest by simultaneously pressing the button located on the left guide at the base of the headrest support and moving it so that the upper edge is at the level of the crown of the head. To remove the headrest, press the locking tab.
