- turn off the ignition and disconnect the ground wire from the battery;
- remove the lower part of the center panel;

- unscrew four screws 1 (figure 10.105) mountings for the climate control panel 2;
- release from the clamps at points A (see Figure 10.105) the air conditioning control panel and tilt it away from the instrument panel;
- for vehicles with air conditioning, do the following:

- disconnect electrical connectors 1, 4, 5 (figure 10.106);
- remove the clamps 2;
- disconnect control cables 3.
- on vehicles with automatic climate control, do the following:

- disconnect electrical connectors 1, 2, 3 (figure 10.107);
- remove the front panel of the air conditioning system.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
- connect the ground wire to the battery;
- check the operation of electrical equipment;
- initiate all electronic systems.
