Removal



Disconnect the battery.

Recommended accessories:

Recommended accessories:
1a - dynamic tensioner pressure lever;
1b - lever extension;
2 - pin for dynamic tension roller.


Remove:
  • front right wheel;
  • protective shield under the engine.

Caution: Please fix the installation direction of the accessory drive in case of reuse.


Compress the dynamic tensioner roller (1) by pressing in the "c" area (clockwise) using device 1.

Secure at the check point using tool 2 (in area "d"). Hold the dynamic tension roller (1) in a compressed position and remove the drive belt.

Installation



Caution: When reusing the drive belt, be sure to observe the installation direction of the drive belt.




Install the drive belt.

Compress the dynamic tensioner roller (1) by pressing in the "c" area (clockwise) using device 1.

Remove device 2.

Caution: Make sure that the belt is correctly installed in the pulley grooves.


Install the parts in reverse order.

Connect the battery.
