Auxiliary drive belt (gasoline engines):
1 - dynamic tensioner;
2 - generator;
3 - drive belt;
4 - air conditioning compressor;
5 - drive pulley of attachments;
6 - bolt for fastening the drive pulley of the attachment equipment;
7 - coolant pump drive pulley;
8 - coolant pump.
Caution: Do not turn the crankshaft pulley mounting screw (6) counterclockwise (risk of valve timing mechanism displacement).
In case of reuse, the direction of rotation of the accessory drive belt.
Removal
Using the dynamic tensioner pressure lever 0188-Z [1] and the head 0197-G [2], move the tensioner (2) in the direction of the arrow until the recess "a" aligns with the projection "b".
Engage protrusion "b" with the tensioner.
Detach the tool [1].

Pull the tongue "f" until the protrusion "c" aligns with the recess "d".
Use tongue "f" to engage notch "d" with projection "c".
Loosen tab "f" to lock the friction wheel (7) in the unlocked position.
Remove the accessory drive belt (3).
- c - protrusion
- d - notch for releasing the friction wheel position.
- e - position of friction wheel fixation
- f - tongue.

Caution: Make sure that the tensioner pulley (1) and the friction wheel 7) of the coolant pump drive rotate freely (there was no play or sticking).
Installation
Caution: When reusing the belts, remove it in the direction of rotation marked during removal.
Install the drive belt, starting from the crankshaft pulley (5).
Pull the tab "f" out of engagement with the recess "d" to unlock the friction wheel (7) of the coolant pump drive.
Install the tongue "f" into place (in the "e" zone).
Using the tool [1] and the tool [2], press the tensioner (1) until the protrusion "B" returns to its original position.

Detach the tool [1].
Note: Check that the belt is correctly installed in the grooves of all pulleys. Check that the tongue "f" is correctly positioned in its place.
