Tightening torques
Timing mechanism:
1 - exhaust camshaft sprocket;
2 - bolt of the exhaust camshaft sprocket;
3 - upper mounting bolt of the timing chain guide element;
4 - timing chain guide element (guide; oil dipstick tube in the cylinder block);
5 - timing chain;
6 - lower mounting bolt of the timing chain guide element;
7 - timing drive wheel on the crankshaft;
8 - crankshaft pulley flange;
9 - crankshaft pulley flange bolt;
10 - timing chain tensioner guide element;
11 - Timing chain tensioner;
12 - bolt of the intake camshaft sprocket;
13 - variable valve timing intake system;
14 - timing chain guide shoe;
15 - bolt of the lower sliding shoe of the timing chain drive.
Timing mechanism identification:
a - hexagon for rotating the exhaust camshaft,
b - mark for setting the control point of the exhaust camshaft;
c - marking area for tracing and identification of the exhaust camshaft;
d - mark for installing the control point of the intake camshaft;
e - hexagon for rotating the exhaust camshaft;
f - marking area for tracing and identification of the intake camshaft;
d - intake camshaft target sensor.
