- turn off the ignition and disconnect the ground wire from the battery;
- remove the lower center part of the front panel;

- at the front of the center console, remove the two fasteners 3 (figure 10.76);
- remove the lower cover 2 located under the parking brake lever;
- lift the rubber base 6 and unscrew the bolt 5;
- remove switch 1 of the airbag deployment prohibition;
- lift the center console up and disconnect the electrical connector from socket 4;
- remove the center console by sliding it along the parking brake lever.
To install the center console:
- installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal;
- connect the ground wire to the battery;
- initiate all electronic systems.
