- remove the intermediate gearbox housing, as shown above;

- remove axle 1 (pic. 6.59) reverse intermediate gear together with plastic sleeve 2 and gear 3 itself;

- take out axle 1 (pic. 6.60) reverse forks by slightly pressing the fork to release the axle;

- remove plug 1 (pic. 6.61) turning on the reverse gear;
- turn on 2nd gear;

- remove the lever axle 3 (pic. 6.63) gear shifting;
- remove the seal 4 axis of the lever;
- remove spring 2 and two thrust cups 1;

- remove the primary and secondary shafts with forks and rods from the crankcase at the same time (pic. 6.65);

- unscrew the screws securing the intermediate plate 1 (pic. 6.66) and take it off;
Attention! The intermediate plate and clutch housing must be installed as a set.

- remove pin 1 (pic. 6.67) blocking of a fork of inclusion of a backing;
- remove spring 2;
- remove differential 3.
Install the primary, secondary shafts and differential in the reverse order of removal.
