- remove the intermediate gearbox housing, as shown above;

- remove axle 1 (figure 6.59) intermediate reverse gear together with plastic sleeve 2 and gear 3 itself;

- remove axle 1 (figure 6.60) reverse gear forks, pressing lightly on the fork to release the axle;

- remove plug 1 (figure 6.61) reverse gear on;
- put in 2nd gear;

- knock out pin 1 (figure 6.62) fastening the gear shift lever axis outward;

- remove lever axle 3 (figure 6.63) gear shifting;
- remove the seal 4 of the lever axis;
- remove spring 2 and two thrust cups 1;

- remove lock 1 lock (figure 6.64);

- remove the primary and secondary shafts with forks and rods from the crankcase at the same time (figure 6.65);

- unscrew the mounting bolts of the intermediate plate 1 (figure 6.66) and take it off;
Caution! The intermediate plate and clutch housing must be installed as a set.

- remove pin 1 (figure 6.67) reverse gear fork lock;
- remove spring 2;
- remove differential 3.
Install the primary, secondary shafts and differential in the reverse order of removal.
